He took so many photos of her but half of them he shouldn't have released because they are so obviously outtakes or just plain not so great (no fault of Marilyn)...he was just after money. But you picked one of the good ones of his (I just don't think he was a very good photographer) and added your own touch; this is a better piece of art than his original!
I agree, he was very disrespectful toward MM when he published the ones she marked or scratched up and he didn't even send all of them to her to approve! Have you seen the picture from the black and white scarf sitting where the scarf fell and he snapped a picture? I hate that one She looked so embarrassed, and he still released it
Oh yeah, I've seen that one. He is such a crappy photographer anyway; a lot of his shots were just plain unusable. If you look at someone like Milton H. Greene, all of his frames are usable. Stern just snaps until he gets something usable; he's lazy.
